Development of detail engineering for fluid processing plant at Oso field. Civil, structural, piping, instrumentation and control engineering design.

■ Water injection plant, Xan field, Perenco Guatemala.- Development of concept and basic engineering.

Concept and basic engineering for the installation of a 200,000bwpd @ 1500psig water re-injection plant. Including: sizing and selection of booster pumps, 3D modeling for piping, equipment, etc. Studies to define high pressure pump electric motor starting systems based on medium or low voltage variators for a 5 + 2 equipment configuration.

■ CDP water reinjection system. South Block, PetroOriental.- Development of detail engineering.

Development of detail engineering to increase water re-injection capacity of Mariann Old station from 10.000 bpd to 20.000 bpd. Including selection of booster pumps, civil design of basic skids and equipment, 3D modeling of piping, electric installations and control connections.

■ Expansion of water re-injection system and process facilities at Mariann 4A. Tarapoa, Andes Petroleum Ecuador.- Detail engineering development.

Detail engineering for the installation / assembly (civil works), electro-mechanical interconnection, instrumentation and integration of signals corresponding to new equipment and systems for the expansion of Mariann 4A Battery, injection line and Mariann 4A Wellpad facilities.
